We specialise in the supply and hire of beer and wine dispense equipment, the supply of kegs of beer, wine, Frizzante and PIMM’S and the provision of specialist installation services. We have £10m public liability insurance.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Information and data supplied via contact forms, requests for quotations and email requests may be held on file for up to 12 months.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. Our server is hosted in the UK at one of the worlds largest hosting providers. We have an Extended Validation certificate issued by Sertigo to ensure that the site and any data is captured securely. We have very high levels of anti-virus and anti-phishing protection. Data is securely backed-up.

What data breach procedures we have in place
We do not hold any personal data which is deemed to be ‘sensitive’ under GDPR regulations. We do not store any credit card or IP address details – these are captured and processed via SagePay. Their procedures can be found here. In the event of any personal data breaches from our site, we are committed to letting you know as soon as we are aware.
What third parties we receive data from
The only third party data we receive is the success or failure of any card transaction. We are not made aware of any reasons why transactions may be declined.
