We just wanted to let you know that if you have to cancel or postpone your event we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or switch/postpone the date.
If you are forced to postpone or cancel your event please let us know as soon as possible. We have written to all customers with bookings and asked if they are going ahead, most people are at the moment – but obviously that might change as things progress.
We are keeping a close eye on the situation and will let you know if things change.
